Kahikatea Lodge

Kahikatea Lodge homestay was designed and built in 2008 as a luxury home. Set approximately 300 metres from the main road through electric gates and behind the beautiful Wairere Nursery, the home sits on two acres of beautifully landscaped gardens designed, created and planted exclusively by the owners.

The grounds include a 40-metre freshwater lily pond set next to a small creek, which supports a wide range of native wildlife. As you wander through the gardens, you will see that they have been extensively planted with trees and shrubs, as well as number of fruit trees (from which you will benefit, particularly in feijoa season)...CLICK HERE to read more about us
